The new Performance Management in Motorsport Forum examines the people, processes and decisions behind sustained performance in modern motorsport.
Looking beyond vehicle performance alone, the forum will explore how technical, human and organisational factors work together across a motorsport programme. Topics will include leadership and management skills, high-performance culture, collaboration between departments, regulatory and cost pressures, and the systems needed to turn individual expertise into consistent results.
The forum will bring together perspectives from motorsport, engineering, management and academia, providing practical insight for those responsible for teams, people, projects and performance.
