The new Niche Automotive Manufacturing Forum focuses on the engineering and production realities of developing specialist, low-volume and high-performance vehicles.
The forum will examine how niche manufacturers take ambitious vehicle concepts through development, industrialisation and production. It will explore the technical and commercial decisions involved in creating highly differentiated vehicles, including lightweight engineering, powertrain selection, advanced materials, specialist supply chains, flexible manufacturing, quality and the challenges of producing at limited volumes.
Bringing together insight from specialist vehicle manufacturers and automotive engineering leaders, the forum will provide a closer look at how smaller and more focused organisations develop, build and bring distinctive road and track vehicles to market.
