With 23 years of international experience in the automotive and aerospace sectors, Jean-Baptiste Pouradier became CEO of Texys Group in 2025. He previously led Hi-Tech Wires Asia and Advanced Casting Asia in Vietnam, driving growth and digital transformation, and managed EFI Automotive’s operations in Japan and China, establishing new sites and achieving profitability. A SUPELEC engineering graduate (2001), he began his career at Renault and is pursuing an Executive MBA at HEC Paris (2024–2026).
