Giovanni Bonandrini holds an MSc energy engineering and a PhD in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He began his career at Magneti Marelli, spending ten years on internal combustion engine development, first as a simulation and test engineer, then as an innovation leader. He later joined McLaren Automotive as a CFD analyst. Currently, Bonandrini works in the engine analysis team at Automobili Lamborghini, focusing on 3D simulation of combustion systems and technologies for ICE to enhance performance and reduce emissions, and exploring low-carbon fuels for sustainable mobility.
