Doug joined Cosworth in 1999 and moved to Williams F1 in 2006, transitioning into Williams Advanced Engineering in 2013 (now Fortescue Zero); where he managed projects supplying a variety of components and systems into F1 and Sportscars. Since that time, Fortescue Zero’s Motorsport group have become industry leaders in motorsport electrification, supplying amongst others: Extreme E/H, ETCR, Formula E and LMDh. Alongside electrification, Doug has a very broad experience in mechanical & systems design and integration.
