Davide Bizzarri is a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from the University of Modena in June 2023. He began his professional career at Ferrari, where he held various roles. Initially, he worked as a Powertrain Application Engineer, focusing on engine and transmission drivability across several iconic projects, including the Ferrari 430, 430 Scuderia, 599 GTB, 599 GTO, 458 Italia, and FXX. Before leaving Ferrari, he transitioned to the role of Design Engineer, contributing to the development of the V8 turbocharged engines of the F154 family.
In 2011, he joined McLaren Automotive as Head of Powertrain Application, where he led the development of powertrain integration for landmark models such as the McLaren P1, 675LT, and 600LT. In 2016, he was appointed Head of Powertrain.
In November 2019, he joined Lamborghini as Head of Powertrain (EA), where he oversaw the development of the hybrid V12 powertrain for the Lamborghini Revuelto and initiated the development of the all-new twin-turbo V8 engine for the upcoming Temerario, successor to the Huracán.
Since February 2021, his responsibilities have expanded to include the Chassis Department, and he currently serves as Head of Vehicle Motion and Energy Management (EM).
