Chris Muir is a mechanical engineer at Fortescue Zero, driving innovation in motorsport electrification. He joined Williams in 2012, working across Formula 1 and WEC and specializing in hydraulics, transmissions and KERS. Alongside the transition to Fortescue Zero, his focus has shifted to electric race technologies for series such as Formula E, Extreme E and LMDh. Muir now leads a multidisciplinary team enhancing performance and reliability in the pursuit of a decarbonized future for motorsport.
