Exhibitor Presentation Stage
Exhibitor presentations, Day 1
In this presentation Aubert & Duval, a leading player in high-performance metallurgy, offers a technical overview focusing on the development of advanced alloys for motorsport applications. With recognized expertise in the design of alloyed steels and nickel-based superalloys, the company has been supporting engine manufacturers and racing teams for over 40 years in the design of critical components exposed to extreme conditions – such as connecting rods, crankshafts, transmission shafts and turbocharger parts. Thanks to an integrated approach – from metallurgical design to thermochemical process – and its ability to engineer custom alloy compositions, A&D delivers tailored solutions optimized for mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance and cyclic fatigue. A&D also designs and produces premium steel and superalloy powders for additive manufacturing, enabling the creation of lightweight, complex and high-performance parts. The presentation will showcase the company’s portfolio of alloys dedicated to motorsport, including AD65NTM, a new high-performance nitriding steel, and MPN , a nickel-based superalloy developed for extreme temperature applications. These innovative materials reflect A&D’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of metallurgy to meet the most demanding challenges in competitive racing.
