Wallwork Group are the UK’s leading provider of thermal processes. With four facilities and a nationwide transport service, the company offers a one-stop-shop for heat treatments, plasma nitriding, hot isostatic pressing, vacuum brazing, PVD and PECVD hard coatings.
All sites are fully equipped with QA laboratories for verification of process with full documentation and traceability. Each site has multiple accreditations from Nadcap, BSI and other leading certification bodies. The company also has specific approvals from Airbus, Boeing, Rolls Royce BAe Systems, Moog and many other prime manufacturers.
The company continues to grow through continual investment, with £20 million recently invested in the latest Quintus hot isostatic presses. With further investments in plasma nitriding capacity and more, the company is able to keep pace with demand from customers in aerospace, motorsports, medical devices and other precision industries.
