Based in Italy, TCN Vehicles Division is an industrial partner specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-performance aluminum components for premium automotive and motorsport applications. We integrate engineering, industrialization, in-house tooling design and manufacturing, high-precision CNC machining, assembly, industrial washing, finishing and quality control within a single production process. This integrated approach enables us to support customers from component development through production, transforming complex requirements into stable, repeatable and controlled manufacturing processes. Our expertise in aluminum alloys and different starting materials, combined with advanced CNC technologies and high production flexibility, allows us to manage both prototypes and small batches as well as volumes of up to 300,000 components per year. Experience gained with premium automotive brands and high-performance applications shapes our approach: precision, surface finish, reliability and process control, from the first machining operation to the finished component ready for integration.
