LIRAS Optical — race-grade transparencies, engineered in Italy.
We design and manufacture high-clarity polycarbonate and acrylic components for racing and special vehicles: windscreens (monolithic or laminated), ultra-light side windows with sliders, headlight/rear-light covers, engine covers, and complex transparent panels. Our proprietary forming preserves optical quality and thickness control on extreme curvatures, while clean-room hard-coat and internal anti-fog treatments secure visibility in every condition. Multilayer glazing can integrate micro-wire heating for rapid de-icing/defogging.
From co-design and prototyping to serial supply, we manage 3D scanning, dimensional control, screen/digital printing, branding, and precision finishing entirely in-house for consistency and speed. We support GT, endurance, rally, and track programs seeking weight reduction, impact resistance, and uncompromised optics. ISO 9001:2015 certified; ECE/DOT approvals in progress.
