Our CNC Camshaft grinding facility utilises CBN grinding wheels with a minimum diameter of  70mm enabling the grinding of negative radius grinding as small as 35mm. CNC wheel dressing/profiling enables tapered and multi angle lobe contour grinding whilst grinding in oil to ensures a stable grinding temperatures which equates to a superior surface finish over traditional emulsion cooled grinding.
