With 49 years of experience BGI uses the latest CNC bevel gear technology including CNC Phoenix and Oerlikon grinders or 5-axis milling options for the entire range of bevel - ground or lapped spirals, straight bevels, zerols, angular bevels, hypoids and curvics. Uniquely, we offer high ratio hypoids (HRH ®) and CNC STRAIGHT BEVEL GRINDING.
Bevels from 0.4” to 70” Manufactured to DIN and AGMA standards using the Gleason or Klingelnberg system, customers are invited to leverage our capabilities to develop the custom gearing solutions they need.
BGI also offers standard and custom bevel gearboxes including low backlash bevel steering gearboxes. Low volume, custom ratio ring and pinions with surface treatment options like CNC shot peening, DLC coating and isotropic finishing are available.
