The IMU uses an extended Kalman filter to combine data from an IMU, magnetometer, and barometer to estimate the following parameters at 800hz:
- Body Frame Accelerations
- Angular Velocities
- Ground Speed
- Orientation (roll, pitch, yaw, quaternion)
- Distance
- Time Splits
The data products are sent out via CAN. DBC files, and other configuration files are provided for MoTeC, Cosworth, Bosch Motorsport, etc.
