TCN Vehicles Division manufactures precision-machined aluminium components for motorcycle suspension applications, including front and rear suspension components and parts associated with electronically controlled shock absorber systems.

Motorcycle components must combine precision, lightweight construction, mechanical reliability and controlled surface quality. TCN addresses these requirements through an integrated manufacturing process covering co-engineering, industrialization, CNC machining, surface treatment and quality control.

Advanced 5-axis machining enables the production of complex geometries with tight dimensional requirements and controlled surface quality. Aluminium alloys are selected and processed according to the characteristics and performance requirements of each application.

Surface treatments such as technical and aesthetic anodizing, blasting and vibratory finishing can be integrated into the production process.

The combination of controlled manufacturing, dimensional verification and process stability allows TCN to support projects from prototyping through serial production, including applications for high-performance and racing motorcycles.
