At LIRAS Optical, we design and manufacture custom polycarbonate and PMMA headlight covers for motorsport and high-performance vehicles. These transparent components protect the lighting assembly while allowing light to pass through, combining optical quality, low weight and surface durability.

We develop each cover from customer drawings, physical samples or an existing component to be replicated through reverse engineering. We select the material, geometry and finish to match the headlight assembly, vehicle bodywork and installation requirements.

Depending on the project, we offer:

• Flat or thermoformed configurations that follow the required contours.
  
• Hard coating to improve scratch resistance and surface durability.
  
• Precision CNC machining for component edges and installation features.
  
• Screen printing and edge finishing to meet technical and styling requirements.
  

We integrate forming, precision machining and functional treatments within our production process, followed by optical and visual inspection and final testing before delivery.

We support prototype development, replacement components and low-volume production, including projects based on team-supplied samples.
