Liras Optical designs and manufactures custom canopies, fairing screens and wind deflectors in polycarbonate and PMMA for motorsport and powersports applications. These components combine low weight, optical quality and dimensional stability to enclose cockpits or guide airflow around the vehicle.

Each component is developed from customer drawings, samples or technical specifications. Our forming processes accommodate curved and complex double-curved geometries, with material, shape and surface treatments selected to match the vehicle’s design and installation requirements.

Depending on the application, components can incorporate:

• Hard coating to improve resistance to scratching and surface abrasion.
  
• Anti-fog treatment to help maintain clear visibility.
  
• Precision CNC machining for component contours and installation features.
  
• Screen printing and edge finishing to meet project specifications.

The production process combines thermoforming, precision machining and functional treatments, with optical and visual inspection and final testing before delivery.
