At TCN Vehicles Division, Process Development is based on close collaboration between Engineering, Quality and Production.

This video presents TCN Vehicles Division’s approach to developing processes for precision machining, from prototyping through to serial production. By combining APQP methodology, 3D process design, simulation and integrated measurement and inspection systems, every stage is developed to ensure precision, quality, reliability and repeatability.

The Quality department is involved from the early stages of the project to anticipate potential issues and define measurement programmes according to customer requirements and international industry standards.

The result is an integrated workflow where engineering, simulation and quality control work together to develop reliable manufacturing processes and components that meet demanding technical requirements.
