Ferodo Racing has developed and launched a new brake pad material specifically designed for rear axle motorsport applications: TL163. This compound has been engineered to maximize rear axle performance while helping to reduce lock-ups, offering enhanced control and balance under braking. 

In addition to TL163, 2025 has seen the expansion of Ferodo’s front pad line-up with the introduction of two new compounds: TL180 and TL219. These materials are designed to meet the evolving demands of motorsport teams, providing increased performance options tailored to different vehicle setups and track conditions.
