LIRAS Optical: integrated heating for clear motorsport visibility
Fine tungsten filaments are embedded between the material layers and connected to electrical busbars. When powered, they generate heat across the transparent surface to help clear condensation and frost while maintaining optical quality.
We develop each component from customer drawings or technical specifications, adapting its geometry and heating configuration to the project’s operating voltage and installation requirements.
Our production process combines autoclave lamination, micro-wire integration and clean-room assembly, followed by optical and visual inspection. Depending on the specification, we can also incorporate scratch-resistant coatings and anti-fog treatment.
Send us your drawing or technical specification to discuss a heated glazing solution for your vehicle.
