Building on the proven success of our ZircoFlex® range, the new HT variant takes flexibility and thermal resistance to the next level. It features a unique metallic foam structure reinforced with an advanced thermal insulation core, providing powerful heat protection in an ultra-thin form factor. At just 2.6 mm thick and weighing only 860 g/m², ZircoFlex® HT delivers heavy-duty performance without adding bulk or compromising design freedom.

One of ZircoFlex® HT’s standout qualities is its exceptional flexibility. The material effortlessly bends, twists, and conforms to complex geometries, curved surfaces, and confined spaces — areas where traditional rigid heat shields simply cannot reach. The new material also offers strong resistance to corrosion and solvents, achieving 1000 hours of neutral salt spray resistance (ASTM B117), making it a durable solution for both harsh operational and environmental conditions.

ZircoFlex® HT is available in multiple sheet sizes — full (900 x 550 mm) and half (450 x 550 mm) — and can also be supplied in bespoke dimensions or CNC-cut designs to meet specific application requirements.
